Long Tops Fibre Processing are commission processors of wool and alpaca fibre.

Processing System

We operate a full vertical worsted combing and spinning plant, using the technology of the Jindalee Fibre Aligner (JFA) as a pre-opener to our processing system.

The JFA uses new technology by which it pre-opens the tufts of wool or alpaca fibre before carding therefore enabling the carding process to operate more efficiently and a create a better quality mix of fibre for further processing.
